About

ALLEN ACRES BED & BREAKFAST

A family owned and operated bed and breakfast near Pitkin, Louisiana nestled against Kisatchie National Forest and just a short hike from the Ouiska Chitto Creek. The hostesses, Dr. Charles and Susan Allen provide comfortable private rooms in a relaxing atmosphere. After a night in a comfortable bed, a country breakfast is served up with hot coffee, juice, or milk and good conversation. Depending on the season you are likely to wake up to flowers aflutter with butterflies and hummingbirds, songbirds singing or up close at the feeders, and the sound of roosters crowing in the background. Stop in, unplug, and put your feet up.
